Land Training has been arranged on the dates below (all 19:00-20:00).

All swimmers (age 11 - 13yrs) are invited to come along for a general core strength fitness session. Please wear gym clothing, bring a bottle of water and a towel to wipe down equipment. There is no additional charge for these sessions.
